1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if:

  • You experience significant service issues not caused by your device, internet connection, or IPTV application.

  • Our support team is unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable period.

  • You request cancellation within 30 days, and you have not used more than 15% of the subscription duration.


2. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Refund requests will not be approved if:

  • The issue is caused by your internet provider, device limitations, or third-party apps.

  • You have used more than 30% of the subscription validity period.

  • The request is submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date.

  • The subscription has already been activated and delivered as described.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide the following:

  • Your Order ID

  • The email address used during your purchase

  • A brief explanation of the issue you experienced

Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.


4. Additional Notes

MAX OTT 4K reserves the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Fall outside the terms outlined in this policy, or

  • Are determined to be fraudulent or abusive.
