You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if:
You experience significant service issues not caused by your device, internet connection, or IPTV application.
Our support team is unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable period.
You request cancellation within 30 days, and you have not used more than 15% of the subscription duration.
Refund requests will not be approved if:
The issue is caused by your internet provider, device limitations, or third-party apps.
You have used more than 30% of the subscription validity period.
The request is submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
The subscription has already been activated and delivered as described.

The email address used during your purchase
A brief explanation of the issue you experienced
Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
MAX OTT 4K reserves the right to deny refund requests that:
Fall outside the terms outlined in this policy, or
Are determined to be fraudulent or abusive.
